High-energy rock duo Girl Tones have announced that their debut album, Precious, arrives November 6 via Brad Shultz’s Parallel Vision label in partnership with Big Loud Rock. Produced by the Cage The Elephant guitarist, the record is paired today with the muscular new single “Pretty Face,” a snotty, palm-muted track about watching people’s masks slip when the shallowness shows through. Alongside the news, the band has announced their first-ever headline tour this November, with a stop at Eddie’s Attic in Decatur on November 22.
Sisters Kenzie (vocals, guitar) and Laila (drums) have built a following on sweet melodies paired with aggressive, distorted riffs, earning praise from Rolling Stone, VICE, Consequence, and NME, plus a spot on Amazon Music’s 2026 Artists to Watch list. This year alone they’ve toured with Dexter and the Moonrocks, Peter McPoland, and The Rare Occasions, and played SXSW, Treefort, Bonnaroo, and Just Like Heaven. The upcoming headline run also includes stops at Mercury Lounge in New York City and DC9 in Washington, DC.
