SKORTS have released their debut album Incompletement, a record that translates the band’s high-impact live presence into a more fully realized studio form. Recorded across Brooklyn practice spaces with producer Teddy O’Mara, the album blends polished, anthemic rock with a DIY edge, bringing together songs that have defined their rise in New York’s scene alongside new material that expands their range.
Formed through a series of chance connections after frontperson Alli Walls relocated to New York, SKORTS quickly built momentum through constant touring and a reputation for unpredictable, high-energy performances. In support of Incompletement, the band will continue touring this spring, including a stop in Atlanta on May 9 at The Basement. The run spans North America before heading overseas, carrying their live intensity into a wider circuit of rooms.
